The factory emphasizes the use of 100% organic cacao and aims to create the finest chocolate not only in Central America but also globally.

Cacao Sourcing

The cacao used by the Roatan Chocolate Factory comes from the Rio Platano Biosphere Reserve in La Mosquitia, a region known for its rich biodiversity and high-quality cacao. This area was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2011 due to its ecological significance.

The Rum Factory

The Roatan Rum Company is situated between West End and West Bay on Roatan Island, Honduras. It is a popular destination for tourists seeking to experience local rum production and enjoy the beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea.
